Why we love this Wine
A crafty collab from Yarra gents Matt Burton + Dylan McMahon. Serious in deliciousness and style, it’s a box ticker. Ruby in the glass, check. Dark cherry meets allspice and foresty mushroom notes, absolutely. Expertly structural with more length than a Peter Jackson movie. Plenty of more-ish acid and tannin will reward patient cellaring, ideally somewhere well out of reach. Too tempting.
