A serious kind of Pet Nat, this is Brendon Keys combining 100% Basket Range chardonnay with 100% concrete-egg fermentation. The lemon curd and citrus blossom you were expecting, with the brioche, cashews you weren’t. Textured and opulent, but intensely fresh. The life of the picnic and the belle of the ballroom in one.
