Very cool. Very fun. A Pet Nat from a collective of a viticulturist, a winemaker, and a sommelier. This somewhat unconventional blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Moscato Giallo, Viognier and Pinot Gris is their fizzy and refreshing fruit cocktail. Intensely perfumed, bright red cherries, and lip-smacking dry drinkability.
