Why we love this Wine
We have waxed lyrical about our love for the Piedmontese grape variety Pelaverga before. It’s the shizz; light and airy with perfumed cherry fruit, soft spice, perhaps a touch of white pepper in the mix, some violet high-tones and a whole lot of inherent drinkin enjoyment. It’s a speciality of the Verduno sub-region and we are slightly infatuated with its wild-edged and delicious appeal.
