This is single vineyard ultra-premium hand harvested Nebbiolo from Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills. This is a special passion project of AB&D Winemaker Sam Berketa following a vintage spent in Barolo, where he treated a portion of the 2016 Fog with extended skin maceration (406 days!), 18 months in seasoned puncheon and an additional 12 months in bottle prior to release. Worth the wait and worth your time. Decant now, or leave to brood in the cellar for up to 20 years.
