Why we love this Wine
One of Beechworth’s most exciting producers, Adrian Rodda goes the classic Bordeaux blend and we reckon it goes pretty darn good. It’s a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (22%), Malbec (8%), Petit Verdot (6%) and Cabernet Franc (4%) and it’s got style and finesse to burn. Cassis and blackberry/blackcurrant fruit, a waft of herbs, some lovely spicy undertones and some mulberry lift, it’s just effortless, delicious drinking.
