Why we love this Wine
A random collection (get it?) of Mornington Peninsula peninsula fruit that James and Jess source for their delicately made wines. Perhaps not so random is the pedigree of the vineyards, from Hickinbotham in Dromana and Mrs Nicks in Balnarring, it’s quality stuff. Pinot Noir de-stemmed and kept on skins for 24 days. Old and new Austrian oak. Classic and good.
