As cyclists wind their way around the rugged Alpine cliffsides and picturesque villages of the Pyrenees, cycling and wine fanatics alike gather with the sounds of roadside cheering.
This year’s Tour begins with a historic Grand Départ in Barcelona before crossing into France, where the peloton will tackle everything from the Vosges to a dramatic double ascent of Alpe d'Huez. It's three weeks of breathtaking landscapes, legendary climbs and plenty of wine to boot.
