Why we love this Wine
Gentle sparking Rosé with super-fine bubbles, this juice goes to amphora, then to bottle with a lick of sugar and that’s it. Another from WA legend Josephine Perry’s Yokel range, which helps fund a revival program for the nearly-extinct Western Swamp Tortoise. Pretty AND considerate.
