Why we love this Wine

We thought the brand name was wild. What about this: “Salsa Verde” because it’s Verdelho. Classic Yetti. Destemmed fruit on skins for 3 weeks then into seasoned barrels and hogsheads. Keeping it simple for a beautiful result. Soft peach and pineapple, spicy in the middle, wrapped in tannin citrus zest. Dip into this saucy stuff.
