Why we love this Wine
Cranberry crunch, cherry ripple. This is Cinsault masquerading as Beaujolais with a little more grip; pretty and puncheon-aged for 10 months, with blackberry bramble and pomegranate profile. Hand-harvested, crushed and basket-pressed with a spontaneous yeast ferment. Only one puncheon made.
