Led by winemaker Fiona Wholohan and husband/vineyard manager Neil, this ACT operation can be found through a stringy bark forest 45 from Canberra.
 As moody as the forest, it’s all dark cherries and cooked spices, with a defined structure and grippy tannins all the way. Fiona views her craft as a privilege and believes wine is a pinnacle of civilisation – we’re so on board. Decant for max impact.
