Why we love this Wine
A unique take on Yarra Valley shiraz, this well-collected Australian icon is somewhat French inspired - ie. there is so much going on here in a medium-bodied shiraz. Small co-ferments of viognier and marsanne drip with florals, while mataro splashes some spice. So complex and textural you’ll be swimming in it.
