Why we love this Wine
Pure pedigree sparkling. 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Chardonnay, Think fine flavour, high acid. Whole-bunch pressed to old oak, before a secondary fermentation in the bottle one year later, and 6 years ageing on lees. It's caught one heck of a bouquet in that time: Pink berries, wet stone, and morning buns and nougat. Lengthy on the palate, this is a cut above the rest. Fizz to remember long after it's gone.
