Always dynamic, classically Australian, intriguing now, with huge cellaring potential. The box-ticking perfection we’ve come to expect from Yabby Lake here. A bright cherry hue, expressive and floral with red fruit aromas. Medium but intense, it unfolds with a layered palate of black fruits, with austere elements of mushroom and smoked meats.
