Why we love this Wine
A 50:50 blend from 2 parcels of estate grown Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris of the Piccadilly Valley. Each low yielding vineyard (planted at 503m and 494m altitude respectively) boasts vines with a few years under their belt, aged 27 and 20. All that to say the fruit does plenty of heavy lifting, fermented on skins and matured in barrel, separately for a full twelve months. Light on colour but heavy on aroma, this is not-quite-rose, with all the character you'd hope to see in a Piccadilly technically-red blend. Chill at will.
