Estate grown Piccadilly Pinot Gris from a small parcel with plenty of guts. 20 year old vines, grown at elevation and carefully managed throughout the full season to preserve utmost fresh, crisp character. Lemon, kaffir lime, pear, grapefruit. Cold-pressed, barrel fermented. Matured 6 months and utterly ready to drink.
