A new one from Louis Schofield at World's Apart Wines, it’s early-picked Nero d'Avola from Maslin Beach on the fringes of McLaren Vale, and tastes as frisky as that sounds. Pretty and structured, wrapped in gentle tannins and bright acidity. Blueberries, blackcurrants and violets with a touch of meaty seriousness.
