Why we love this Wine
Packed with passionfruit-like acidity, this latest instalment from Louis Schofield is made with bio-dynamically grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes and is a zingy natural wine. It was wild fermented on skins for three days before being pressed straight to old oak and undergoing lots of lees stirring to build texture. Texture is key here, with some seductive tropical hints on the nose but smoothly layered and dry on the palate. Think passionfruit, ruby grapefruit, fresh garden herbs and best enjoyed under the sun.
