Abutting Mirus Vineyard, the sanctuary is where two artists join two viticulturalists, interweaving art with winemaking. It's as magical as it sounds; wines that capture place every bit as vividly as an artwork might, like this Adelaide Hills Chardonnay from Talc Hill Vineyard in Gumeracha. Grown 470m above sea level, whole bunches are gently pressed, fermented long and cool, and matured in seasoned French oak barrels. The wine is fresh, textural, and yes, wonderful.
