Why we love this Wine
Audible intake of breath all but guaranteed as guests first sip this red, comments to follow. It's hard not to remark when such a light, gently extracted red blend offers such savoury, astringent complexity and mouth-coating flavour. Fresh, definitely chillable, but more herbal/spicy than fruity. The blend is Grenache, Malbec and Cabernet Franc, and the whole spicy-juicy balance has been absolutely nailed here for a quenching red with refreshing tannin.
