Why we love this Wine
90 year old organic vines fuel this jampacked treat from Nick and Gee out of the Barossa. Gee nicknamed the clay amphoras used to ferment the fruit Ramekins - the rest is history. A month on skins, on lees until bottling and zero fining/filtering preps layers upon layers of flavour. Lemon and orange zest, pineapple and pear cruise a linear minerality for T-shirt weather wine at its finest.
