Why we love this Wine
A hauntingly beautiful Pinot laced with dark fruits and an earthy edge. This wild ferment wraps the greatest parts of the Adelaide Hills into a decidedly impressive parcel. A cooler 2020 vintage brings generous minerality, while ageing in old French oak paves the way for a subtle savouriness. Dark cherries and black licorice lean into mushrooms and forest floor.
