It's white, it's light, and there's a lot to like. 50% Chardonnay, 50% Sauvignon Blanc. The Savvy B gets 10 days of carbonic maceration, before the two are co-fermented. Bottled in the springtime, this is just a little funky, just a little earthy, and just the way we like it.
