Aaron Fenwick placed Cab Franc juice over whole bunch Shiraz for 11 days, then pressed it to fibreglass before a spring bottling. The result is a built-for-purpose chillable red, bright and light, with plenty of youthful, red-fruited character. A rosy-cheeked tonic for the senses, and the perfect transitionary wine to take your evening from whites to red country.
