Why we love this Wine
Werlitsch is a special Styria vineyard cared for by Ewald and Brigitte Tscheppe since the early 2000s. From home block vineyards planted to Chardy and Sauv Blanc, these hand-harvested grapes undergo malo and two years in casks with no filtering or fining, making for a funky yet highbrow white doing that oily energetic thing that we love to ponder.
