There's a full, fruity-floral nose of quince, orange blossom and passionfruit, and then it all happens on the palate in this gorgeous Pet Nat. A luscious mouth-filling mousse, light, lifted acidity. Jasmine gentleness. A steely edge and stretching, luxurious linger. Organically grown fruit by way of Mount Gambier makes for something snazzy and surprising.
