Why we love this Wine
There's residual sugar here in abundance, but driving acid keeps everything super fresh. Yuzu, lemon curd, white nectarine. Wet slate minerality. Lime cordial with tropical notes that pop. Elegant, tingly, Germanic-styled, cooler climate Riesling. Mount Gambier doing special things with their special soils; this is a Riesling that's ready for today, and will age with utter grace.
