Why we love this Wine
Truly Trocken; dry, elegant, mineral and aromatic— 100% Riesling, and 100% yum. There's tart, cooling citrus, and great grip. All of Katharina Wechsler's wines enjoy a stainless steel ferment on heavier lees, sans stirring. Bottled not a moment too soon, this one packs a peach, with herbal notes in the bouquet.
