Why we love this Wine

Waitin' for a mate? Wait no longer. The 2021 Syrah has very much arrived, with pomp, with pulpy depth, with a whole lot to love. From the Yarra Valley, this oak-aged red is all elegance. Plums, blueberries and red liquorice perfectly balanced by fennel, earth and pepper. There's meatiness, tannin and bright acidity, but the overall effect is clean and fresh by the finish. Well worth its weight.
