WOWM is a wine project from Seppeltsfield, on the western ridge of the Barossa Valley, from wine (and beer) enthusiasts who are mad for wild yeasts. Like, heaps obsessed. Think micro-fermentations in winter, pilot-scale volumes bubbling away in autumn, always looking for the freakiest vineyard strains. Their Pét Nat is the perfect intro to all that. Wild.
