Why we love this Wine
A skinsy little Rosé that feels northern Italian inspired but with it’s own Barossa personality too. An orgy of Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, and a squirt of Grenache, hence the name. Highly perfumed yet savoury, pure but complex with bright acid. A voyeuristic peek into this new hands-on party and micro production.
