Why we love this Wine
Organically farmed and all that, everything done by hand. No really, not a machine in sight. Pinot Noir that sees two weeks of semi-carbonic maceration and some manual punch downs. Crisp red fruits brimming with raspberries and more. Bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphites. Pure yum.
