Why we love this Wine
Dai Dai means something like "go on then" in Italian, and that's the mood: the looser, more sociable sibling to Fiegl's more serious Ribolla work. Aromas of white flowers, citrus, green apple and stone fruit, with a subtle almond hint from the Friulano, but the skins bring a bit more to the party — colour, grip, a savoury edge under the fruit. Amber in the glass, textural without tipping into heavy. Serious pedigree. Zero seriousness required.
