Vietti are to wine what Wonka was to chocolate; innovators around classic styles, bottling pure pleasure. Treats for grown-ups to giggle giddily over, and this 100% Timorasso bottling is no exception. Hand-picked in mid-September of 2021, the grapes were destemmed before a gentle pressing, which was apportioned across ceramic, steel and oak. Aged 10 months with fine lees kept in suspension. The result is a honeyed wonder; pears, peaches, balance, richness. Dry and gentle, with just the right fresh acid.
