Initially imported by the explorers at Chalmers, this naturally nutty, herby white with a penchant for oxidative vibes allow for this wild bolt of a wine cranking with natural acidity, citrus, and that salty kick. Sam’s No.11 is wildly aromatic, using only free run juice and exploding with stone fruit. In numbers: 60% whole berries, 40% whole bunch. 16 months elevage, 666 bottles produced. 100% worth your time.
