Bubbly from one of the first families to produce Cava in Spain, the favourite regional sparkling. A serious one, aged for 24 months on lees. Loads of complexity you’re not expecting here, full-flavoured style, ripe apple and straw, deep golden richness. Unassuming stuff and pretty wow for under-the-radar bubbles.
