Why we love this Wine
Grower Champagne from the village of Cote des Bar in the south of the area where Valerie Frison grows just 6ha. She’s passionate about biodiversity, all the ferments are wild, and no additions come after disgorgment. Pinot Noir fermented in old Chablis barrels, light and spicy, apple and cherries, minerality and red fruit. Steely precision.
