Here, Brendon & Laura from Unico Zelo turn their attention to Clare Valley Dolcetto, that tightly-framed Northern-Italian slurplord that reminds us of bright glace cherries, ripe purple plums, soft spice and a glancing whiff of a florists. It’s crunchy, slinky and svelte with oodles of awesomeness, sitting at the lighter end of medium-bodied with a lovely fruit weight and a swift cadence across the crisp palate.
