Why we love this Wine
A wine hailing from the scrubby, sun-drenched slopes of the Minervois AOC in the south of France. Stretching to the north of Narbonne across to Carcassonne in the west, Minervois is home to bouncy, savoury-edged red wines; in this particular case, a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre. These are wines for ‘drinkin, not thinkin’ so grab some friends, spin some Serge Gainsbourg on the turntable and hook into this with a plate of charcuterie.
