If you’re chasing iconic semillon, this is the one. The heritage of this wine dates back to 1963, it’s fermented in temperature-controlled steel, and rests in bottle before release. It starts to evolve as soon as it’s popped, with plenty more characteristics to develop. Citrus and minerals, stones and green apples. The length powers on.
