A cherry-picking of Tamar Valley fruit from el primo sites sets up a generous Chardonnay from a Tassie producer to watch. Undergoing a little malolactic ferment, ripe lemon and stone fruit notes are swept up in a wash of sea spray and zesty acid for smooth yet electric drinking that goes on and on.
