Why we love this Wine
Hand harvested, mostly de-stemmed, days of pre-fermentation and cold maceration, and indigenous ferment to kick off. Like the name suggests, breathe in the picnic vibes here. It’s brambly, herbaceous, floral, and full of mid-weight fruit and plum. An elegant textural wine of great poise, tension and drive.
