Why we love this Wine
We love wines that are the expression of the people that craft them. Trouble Child is decidedly this; a 'queer-coded' wine from Loc and Darcy; 20% Grenache, 80% Cabernet Franc. Its name suggests potential realised late, and this was made late in the 2023 vintage, arriving just in time for the seasons to change. Light but velvety, this goes down smooth and easy. With or without a slight chill on it, this once troubled child is decidedly a pleaser now.
