Why we love this Wine
There's a lot of experimentation with quirky and emerging varieties, but take those same minimal intervention approaches (and a bit of imagination) and apply them to traditional styles like Syrah, and you get something that feels familiar, but refreshed. This is fruit forward with a spicy nose, and really shows the fruit of the Adelaide Hills to advantage. Bright berry pie that drinks well right across the seasons.
