Travis Tausend is a thoughtful winemaker and this is a thoughtful Semillon from the Hope Forest subregion of Adelaide Hills. It has been fermented on skins for 14 days and gently pressed into barrel to mature for 18 months. And that's all. Brimming with texture, tannin, apricots, acid and a touch of oak.
