400 years of Württemberg family winemaking arrived in Wagga Wagga ready to blow up the scene - and since 2000 Timo Mayer has been doing exactly that. This one’s playful as a pooch but a big dog in the making, with the personality to really show off his style. His cellarable Pinot. All whole bunch, it’s structural and savoury, spicy and sauve in its tannic expression. Oh Timo, you’re good.
