Rosato is on the rise. While technically it’s simply Italian for Rosé, we’re embracing a ton of natural producers now using Italian and little-known grapes to make these extra skinsy, playful yet earnest takes on our favourite flexi food wine. Frisky fruit and florals on the nose lead in a dry palate, oft with a savoury undertone. This is that. Chill this beauty down and bottoms up.
