Why we love this Wine

Get your beak wet, Bin Chicken style. Ribolla Gialla, Fiano, Greco and Moscato Giallo make for quite the quartet, throwing floral notes and plenty of texture. Excitingly dry, with bright acid and tannin and texture — it's all interesting. There's a bit going on, but there's delicacy also; juicy pears, nuttiness, blossom. Tidy Town got this one right.
