Why we love this Wine
Here’s a little ripper from celebrated young Barossan winemaker and viticulturist Jack Scholz. Dark and generous, 70’s vines grown from red sandy loam and red clay shape beautifully formed fruit that needs only a mild tinker - notably 25% whole bunch and eight months in old French oak. Violets and red fruit lead in an earthy, spicy palate of savoury depth with a perfectly lifting acid kicker. Brills.
